JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr. HR Prajapati learned counsel for the petitioners requests for time to show that the product Lightol does not belong to the Solvent family. He has placed reliance upon an unreported decision of this Court rendered in Special Criminal Application No.1230/2003 & allied matters decided on 26.03.2009 to show that an Officer below the rank of Dy.S.P. is not empowered to investigate such cases.
The matter is adjourned for two weeks.
