This writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the impugned first information report dated 20.9.2021 in Case Crime No. 440 of 2021 under Sections 504, 506 IPC and Section 3 (1) (x) SC/ST Act, Police Station Kopaganj, District Mau.
Shri Arunendra Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents on the basis of instructions submits that chargesheet has already been forwarded to the competent court on 4.10.2021 and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
