The applicant was enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by order dated 6.4.2021. Learned A.G.A. and learned counsel for the informant were granted time to file counter affidavit. No counter affidavit has been filed. As per mandate of Section 438(5) Cr.P.C., more than one month has been passed and this bail application deserves to be decided, hence the interim anticipatory bail order dated 6.4.2021 is confirmed. The applicant will remain on interim anticipatory bail till the cognizance is taken by the court on police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as given in the order dated 6.4.2021.
