The petitioner aggrieved by an auction which took place on 15.11.2018 represented before the District Magistrate, Mirzapur on 20.11.2018. This representation is pending consideration.
It is, therefore, directed that before the auction is confirmed in favour of the person who might have made the highest bid, petitioner's representation shall also be considered.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
