JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Sunil Kumar who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of applicant-revisionists. The application has been filed praying that the revision may be dismissed as not pressed.
A Notary Affidavit has also been placed before the Court without any proper affidavit under the Rules of the Court. Learned counsel Sri Sunil Kumar states that his statement be recorded and the revision be dismissed as not pressed.
