(C.M. Application No. 115689 of 2009) This is an application for restoration/recall of order dated 29.10.2009.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this application.
Cause shown is found satisfactory.
Application is allowed.
The order dated 29.10.2009 is hereby recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number subject to deposit of Rs. 500/- in the registry of this Court, which same shall be transmitted to Oudh Bar Association for purchase of books for its Library.
