1. Kailash Nath Singh and two others have preferred this special appeal against order dated 23.4.2007 rendered in Writ Petition No.6921(S/S) of 1997 titled Kailash Nath Singh and others versus State of U.P. and others.

2. Perusal of the impugned order indicates that writ petition filed by the appellants was decided in terms of judgment rendered in Writ Petition No.6911(S/S) of 1997. Vide the said judgment, a bunch of cases was decided.

3. Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has no instruction(s) and therefore, the appeal be disposed of.

4. Ordered accordingly.
