By the order dated 18.9.2012, learned Standing Counsel was directed to file supplementary affidavit informing about the result of the Committee and the decision taken by the respondent no. 1. When no counter affidavit has been filed, on the request of learned Standing Counsel, on 26.11.2012 further time has been allowed and the matter was directed to be listed on 17.12.2012. Today, Sri Virendra Kumar Yadav, learned Standing Counsel states that despite the letter being sent by Fax, no information has been received. He prays for one more opportunity to file supplementary affidavit.
