Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel has appeared for respondent nos. 1 to 5.
The petitioner's land Arazi No. 541 area 18 Biswa situate in Village Bathua, Pargana- Kantit, Tehsil- Sadar, District Mirzapur has been forcibly occupied by Alok Singh-respondent no. 6 and he has now running a car parking stand over it.
The petitioner by means of this writ petition wants direction to be issued to the Administrative Authorities that his possession over it may be restored after dispossessing the respondent no. 6.
The above relief is admissible to the petitioner only through the civil suit and not otherwise.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we are not in favour of exercising any discretion in the matter.
The writ petition is dismissed.
