JUDGMENT / ORDER

By means of order dated 19th April, 2010 two weeks and no more time was allowed to learned Standing Counsel to file counter affidavit.
Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that no counter has been filed.
List on 17.5.2010, after fresh cases.
If no counter affidavit is filed by the next date fixed, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Faizabad Zone, Faizabad will appear in person before this Court to explain as to why counter affidavit has not been filed despite the stop order passed by this Court.
