For the reasons recorded in the said writ petition, this petition also requires consideration.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents nos. 1 to 4 and Shri Laxmi Kant Misra for respondent no.5 pray for and are granted three weeks' time to file the counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
List this petition for admission/hearing after expiry of the aforesaid period.
Till the next date of listing, the operation of the orders dated 15.10.2015 passed by the respondent no.1 and 30.10.2015 passed by the respondent no.2 shall remain stayed.
