1. This petition has been filed for a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Fast Track Court, Lalitpur to decide the SCC Case No. 07 of 2013 (Kailash Narain Vs. Hari Ram) within a stipulated time period fixed by this Court.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner who is the plaintiff had instituted SCC Suit No. 07 of 2013 seeking arrears of rent and ejectment of the tenant. The said suit has been pending for the past five years before the Court concerned. The pleadings have been completed as is evident from a perusal of the copy of order sheet filed along with this petition. However, the matter has not proceeded thereafter.
3. A perusal of the copy of the order sheet shows that the matter is still at the stage of taking of evidence.
4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Fast Track Court, Lalitpur to decide the SCC Case No. 07 of 2013 (Kailash Narain Vs. Hari Ram) as expeditiously as possible say within a period of 10 months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the Court concerned.
