This is an application for withdrawal of the appeal. It has been averred in the affidavit filed in support of withdrawal application that the appellants do not want to press the appeal any further and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Counsel for the respondent has no objection. Accordingly, the withdrawal application is allowed. Order on Appeal Since the aforesaid withdrawal application has been allowed, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
