Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Sri Prakash Padia has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no. 1 and submits on instructions that opposite party no. 1 shall comply the writ Court order within a reasonable time preferably within two months from date to which learned counsel for the applicant has no objection.
In view, thereof, the present contempt petition is disposed of at this stage. In the event of non-compliance it will be open to the applicant to approach this court.
