1. This writ petition is a letter sent by mother of detenue. It was said that her son has completed 21 years of his life sentence and therefore, further period in jail be remitted.
2. Learned A.G.A. has filed an affidavit, stating in para 5 that Ram Autar S/o Late Tilak Ram has already been released from Central Jail, Bareilly on 21.9.1994, after serving out 25 years of imprisonment.
3. In the circumstances, nothing survives.
4. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
