Case has been called out in the revised list. No one is present on behalf of the petitioner to press the petition.
This petition has been filed for a direction upon the Additional District Judge, Court No.8, Varanasi to decide Execution Case No. 2 of 2016 within a stipulated period.
I have perused the order-sheet of the case.
From a perusal of the order-sheet it does not appear that the matter has been adjourned unnecessarily. In fact, the last order discloses that the matter was adjourned on imposition of costs.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued.
It is expected that the court concerned shall, in absence of any legal impediment, bring the proceeding to its logical conclusion expeditiously, in accordance with law.
