The interim order granted by this Court is modified to the extent that the entire decreetal amount be deposited within a period of six weeks from today and the petitioner shall continue to deposit Rs. 3,500/- per month by 7th day of each succeeding months. The landlord shall be at liberty to withdraw the amount so deposited by the petitioner before the court below. In case of default of any of two conditions, the interim order granted by this Court shall stand vacated.
