The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the order dated 31.10.2009 whereby the S.D.M. Mainpuri in the open selection for the grant of fair price shop licence has appointed one Pooran Singh and rejected the claim of the petitioner.
More than 9 years have passed and there is also no interim order in this case either.
Therefore, it appears that the writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
