Undisputedly the petitioner has remained attached as Chaukidar at Dadraul, District Shahjahanpur from the date of his initial appointment in 2004. The impugned order which proposes to attach him at Pilibhit does not fall foul of any statutory provisions or the terms and conditions of service of the petitioner.
The writ petition is consequently dismissed.
