Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
The correction application is allowed.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, following correction is being incorporated in the order dated 07.10.2021:-
In last three paragraphs of the order dated 07.10.2021, in place of words "respondent no. 4", it shall be read as "respondent no. 2".
Further, petitioner is granted two weeks further time from today to file fresh application in light of order of this Court dated 07.10.2021.
