Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the private respondents not to execute the sale deed of property in favour of any third party.
The dispute raised in this writ petition is purely of civil in nature. The petitioner may approach the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction. In writ proceeding, such dispute cannot be resolved.
The writ petition has no merit and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
