JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present correction application has been moved for correction/modification of the order dated 10.06.2010 passed by Hon. V.M Sahai,J.. The present correction application has been placed before this court on nomination by the Hon. Senior Vacation Judge on 22.06.2010.
Counsel for the applicant contended that in last paragraph of the order dated 10.06.2010 case crime no. 511 of 2010 is transcribed in place of Case Crime no. 511 of 2009.
Year of the Case Crime no. 511 of 2010 is corrected as Case Crime no. 511 of2009.
Accordingly, correction application is disposed of.
