Considering the fact that the Diwali Vacation is commencing from 10.11.2012 till 25.11.2012, it is not possible to hear the matter.
In view of the above, Mr.Viral K. Shah, learned advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 3, states, upon instructions, that respondent No.3 will neither create any third party interest in the disputed property nor will respondent No.3 transfer the property till 29.11.2012.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respective parties that they will proceed with the matter without asking for any adjournment on 29.11.2012.
At the request of the learned counsel for the respective parties, the matter be listed for final disposal on admission board.
