1. Present petition under Article of the Constitution of India, has been preferred by the petitioner to quash and set aside the impugned order dtd.6/1/2008 passed by the learned 3rd Additional Senior Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate (First Class), Palanpur below application Ex.14 in Criminal Case No. 7426 of 2008, arising out of First Information Report being CR No.I-27 of 2008 registered with Vadgam Police Station.
2. Today when the present petition is taken up for final hearing, Mr.Saiyed, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
3. Permission as prayed for is granted. Present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. Interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
