1. On 13th January, 2012, this court passed an order in the following terms:-
"This matter was listed on 20th October, 2011 whereupon on request made by the learned advocate for the applicant, it was adjourned to 15th November, 2011. On 15th November, 2011, the learned advocate was reported to be sick, hence, the matter was adjourned to 19th December, 2011. Thereafter, the matter has come up for hearing today. Today also, the learned advocate for the applicant is reported to be sick. Hence, in the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned to 1st February, 2012."
2. Today, Ms. P.J. Joshi, learned advocate for the applicant is again reported to be sick. In the circumstances, issue notice to the applicant returnable on 26th March, 2012 for making alternate arrangement.
