Heard learned advocate for the applicants and it is submitted that even as per version of respondent No.2 in a complaint dated 12.3.2011 filed before District Collector, Mehsana it is not in dispute that the subject matter of the complaint was carried out in RTS Appeal before the Prant Officer, Mehsana and all relevant documents and entries were treated as cancelled.

In the above backdrop of facts the FIR filed by the complainant do not require any further investigation.
