Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Miss Pooja Agarwal, learned counsel appeared on behalf of respondent no. 3, District Judge, Ghaziabad, Sri Vivek Saran, learned counsel appeared on behalf of respondent no. 2, U.P. Avas Evam Vikas Parishad and learned Standing Counsel represents the respondent no. 1.
With the consent of the counsels for the respective parties, the petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
The sole submission of the counsel for the petitioners is to direct the respondent no. 3, Learned District Judge, Ghaziabad to pass an order on the Application No. 23 of 2018 Harsh Kumar & Others Vs. State of U.P. and Others as per Rule 302 General Rules (Civil), 1957.
Having heard the counsel for the parties, the petition is disposed of by directing the Learned District Judge, Ghaziabad to consider the petitioners' claim and dispose of the Application No. 23 of 2018 expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
