The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is for some time to pay the amount demanded as per Ext.P1, demand notice. The amount sought to be recovered from the petitioner represents the award amount in a Motor Accidents claim. The Government Pleader appears for the respondents.
2. Since the petitioner is willing to pay the amount, provided some time is granted, I am satisfied that an opportunity could be granted to the petitioner to pay the amount.
3. This writ petition is therefore disposed of permitting the petitioner to pay the entire amount within a period of two months from today. Further proceedings based on or pursuant to Ext.P1 shall be kept in W.P.(C). No. 33560 Of 2014 2 abeyance for a period of two months from today.
