HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24385 of 2010 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 5th respondent.
2. This writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings dated 24.06.2010 in Rc.No.C2/1132/2008 issued by the 1st respondent and the consequential proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 26.06.2010 allowing the 5th respondent to exhibit the films.
3. By impugned proceedings dated 24.06.2010, the 1st respondent granted temporary licence in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 13(2) of the A.P. Cinemas (Regulation) rules 1970 and understanding the interim orders in WP MP No.7278 of 2010 in WP No.5660 of 2010 dated 11.03.2010 in a particular manner. WP No.5660 of 2010 was dismissed as infructuous on 23.06.2014. So far as the present impugned order is concerned, it was for a period of six months from 24.06.2010 and it worked out itself and no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
