A perusal of previous order dated 3.10.2011 shows that the learned counsel who was appearing in this case on behalf of the petitioner had shifted to Delhi and accordingly, the notice was sent to the petitioner returnable on 28.11.2011.
Today, learned AGP Ms.Mehta has brought it to my notice that the petitioner has expired and his address and whereabouts are not known.
In absence of the petitioner and as nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, I am of the view that the heirs and legal representatives of the petitioner are no more interested to pursue the matter. The petition is dismissed for default. Rule is discharged.
