Petitioner has sought to quash the order dated 21.11.2015 in Crl.R.P.No.391/2014 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge at Mysuru, whereby the learned Sessions Judge has set aside the order dated 21.06.2014 passed by the II Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Mysuru, in PCR.No.195/2014 (C.C.No.1716/2014).
3. It is verified from the High Court website that CC.No.1716/2014 is closed before the trial Court by order dated 09.06.2016. Hence, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition.
4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
