2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in the case in Crime No.91 of 2016, investigation was already completed and charge sheet was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur on 05.04.2016.
3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.91/2016, there is no question of transferring the case from the file of the third respondent to some other authority as prayed for by the petitioner. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
