When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for respondents submit that the subject matter in this writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.11457 of 2011 and W.P.Nos.9845 of 2013 and batch.
2. By following the above judgments of this Court, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the communication dated 03.09.2010 is set aside. The Sub- Registrar, Registration and Stamps, Renigunta Chittoor District (5th respondent) is directed to process the documents that may be presented by the petitioners in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
3. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
