Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the order in Rc.B.732/2014, dated 23-08-2014, passed by respondent No.3, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s authorization in respect of fair price shop No.14 of Bogolu Village of Veldurthy Mandal, pending enquiry.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), representing the respondents, placed before the Court the Order in Rc.B.733/2014, dated 23-12-2014, passed by respondent No.3, whereby he has restored the petitioner’s authorization. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has, however, stated that as the nature of the allegations, on the basis of which the proceedings under Clause 5 (5) of the Andhra Pradesh State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008, are initiated against the petitioner, are trivial, which do not warrant continuance of further proceedings, respondent No.3 will drop further action.
In view of the above-mentioned proceeding of respondent No.3, restoring the petitioner’s authorization, and the assurance given by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies on his behalf that further action will be dropped, the Writ Petition is closed.
As a sequel to closure of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.49132 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
