Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the initiation of proceedings under Section 6-A of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, against the petitioner and issuance of the consequential proceeding by the 3rd r e s p o n d e n t vide Rc.No.D1CS/6909/2014, dated 06-11-
2014, suspending the authorization of the petitioner in respect of Shop No.390 at Jangalapally Village, Ananthapur Mandal and District, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, and also being contrary to Clause 24 of the A.P.State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008, and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India.”
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), on written instructions from respondent No.3, submitted that on a reconsideration of the impugned order, respondent No.3 has set aside the same and restored the authorization of the petitioner vide Rc.No.D1CS/6909/2014, dated 19.11.2014.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.3, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44205 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
