The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the festival committee headed by the petitioner to conduct the festival viz. Sri Thirowpathi Amman Thirukkoil Festival, Ayyaneri Village peacefully from 09.04.2017 to 24.04.2017.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the temple festival was celebrated peacefully and nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
