The writ petition is admitted for hearing and the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia has assailed the validity of the order dated 28.02.2014 passed by the Family Court, by which the Family Court has allowed the application filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’ for short) and has directed the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- per month towards interim maintenance and Rs.10,000/- towards litigation expenses.
