ORDER Sri H. Anandaiah, Tahsildar of Kollgal Taluk is present before the Court. Learned Additional Government Advocate Sri Venkatesh Dodderi, on instructions from the said Tahsildar would submit that the prayer of the petitioner in these writ petitions has been complied by issuing necessary order bearing No. RRT haba / 174,178,308/2017-18 dated 25.04.2019 which is a communication sent by Tahsildar of Kollegal to learned Government Advocate with copy of RTC for having considered the prayer of the petitioner and passing appropriate order thereof.
The aforesaid communication dated 25.04.2019 is placed on record of W.P.No.14851/2019, disposed of today. With this, the present writ petitions do not survive for consideration and are accordingly disposed of.
