JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.19943 of 2006 Between:
K.V.R. Narsimha Rao PETITIONER AND 1. Union of India rep. by its Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, Loknayak Bhavan, (Hyderabad FF Cell), New Delhi, and another.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is submitted by Sri K. Ananda Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
