THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.24626 of 2005 Between:
1. K.V.R. Krishnaji, and another PETITIONERS AND 1. The Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Bheemavaram, West Godavari District, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by Sri N.M. Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
