THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER In the instant petition, the petitioner has assailed the Communication dated 06.02.2014 (Annexure-‘Q’) on the score that it is contrary to Annexure – ‘K’ decision rendered in W.P.43703 of 2012.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is to assign appropriate ranking in seniority list of Sheristedar. As is evident from the Communication dated 06.02.2014, official- respondents have notified final seniority list, which has attained finality and also the ranking assigned in the final seniority list is unchallenged or rectified by the competent forum. As long as ranking assigned in the final seniority list is unaltered, petitioner has no grievance in respect of communication dated 06.02.2014.
3. The petitioner has not made out a case so as to interfere with the communication dated 06.02.2014.
Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed.
