Civil Judge and JMFC at Hosadurga on IA No.IV in OS No.126 of 2013 vide Annexure-A and be pleased to reject the Application vide Annexure-D; and etc.
This writ petition coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, an affidavit has been filed by the respondent-plaintiff that he would be only seeking for amendment of his survey number and not the extent of suit property. The petitioner submits that in view of this affidavit, he does not have any objection for the amendment which is now granted by the Trial Court.
In view of the above writ petition stands disposed off.
