ORDER Heard Shri S.R.Srinivasa Murthy, learned advocate for the petitioner and Shri Y.D.Harsha, learned AGA for the State.
2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that land measuring 1 Acre 20 Guntas in Sy.No.16, Kodaginabele Village, Kasaba Hobli, Malur Taluk, Kolar District, has been granted in favour of petitioner but Saguvali chit has not been issued. Accordingly, he has submitted representation dated 17.12.2013 and the same has not been considered as on date.
3. Learned AGA submitted that petitioner’s request will be considered and appropriate action will be taken by Tahasildar, in accordance with law, within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. His submission is placed on record.
Ordered accordingly. Petition disposed of. No costs.
