Order: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) After having seen the counter affidavit, we are satisfied that the order of this Court has been carried out by the Collector. However, we direct the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and the Government to take steps in the light of the report submitted by the Collector.
The Contempt Case is accordingly closed. The parties will be free to take steps in accordance with law, as may be advised. No costs.
