JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and sub divide the petitioner's land in T.S.Nos.9/2, 9/3 and 9/4 in 48, Kailasampalayam Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District.
2. It is brought to the notice of this court by Mr.S.Parthasarathi, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents that the second respondent had already passed an order observing that one Ravi is objecting for the sub division of the land as sought for by the petitioner and that the order passed by the 2nd Respondent / Tahsildar is an appealable order before Revenue Divisional Officer (R.D.O.).
3. I totally agree with the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate.
4. In view of the same, the writ petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Second Respondent before the concerned R.D.O. in accordance with law. No costs.
