JUDGMENT / ORDER

4. Rajiv Gandhi, S/o. Yerivan (A22) .. Petitioners (Accused 11,12,13 & 22 in Cr.No.125/2013 of Veeraballi P.S., Kadapa Dist) AND The State of A.P., through SHO, Veeraballi Police Station, Kadapa District, rep .by its Public Prosecutor, High Court of A.P., Hyderabad.
Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr. P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners/Accused Nos. 11 to 13 and 22 on bail in Cr.No. 125 of 2013 of Veeraballi Police Station, Kadapa District.
The Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri E.Satish Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
“ Heard both sides.
The petitioners are A11, A12, A13 and A22. They seek for grant of bail. They are charged for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 149, 148, 353, 307 read with 149 IPC and 20(i) of Andhra Pradesh Forest Act and rule 3(i) of 29(4b) of Andhra Pradesh Red Sandal Wood Transits Act. The petitioners are in judicial custody since 29.12.2013. It is reported that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed.
Taking into consideration the above circumstances, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
Hence, this Petition is allowed. The petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on their executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rayachoty, Kadapa District.”
