ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed to quash proceedings in C.C.No. 601 of 2006 on the file of learned VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad for alleged offence under Section 420 IPC.
Today when the matter came up for consideration, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that subject matter of the petition does not survive and became infructuous.
Recording the submission of learned Counsel for the petitioner, Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending consideration in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
