This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case, pending against the petitoner, ended in acquittal and there is no other R.MAHADEVAN, J., sr case pending against the petitioner. He also submitted that the presence of the petitioner is no more required for interrogation.
