…PETITIONER ...Respondents (By Sri.I.S.Pramod Chandra, SPP-II for R1 R2 – served and unrepresented) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the FIR in Cr.No.96/2016 on the file of R1, Upparpet P.S., registered for the offence p/u/s 15 of Environment (Protection) Act, Rule 129 of Central Motor Vehicle Rule, 1982, Rule 2(E) of Manufacturer Storage and Import of Hazardous Chemical Rules 1989, Section 84 of IMV Act and Sections 337, 338, 285 of IPC (now pending on the file of IX ACMM, Bangalore) in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
