ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in D.Dis.No.D1CS/4759/2014, dated 16.09.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has cancelled the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P) placed before the Court a copy of proceedings in Rc.No.D1CS/10556/2014 dated 23.12.2014 of respondent No.3, whereby he has revoked the impugned cancellation order and restored the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.3, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.50770 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
